Excellent same day service at a good price! The office scheduled a tech when I called, which was awesome. He did a great job diagnosing the issue with the washer and had the part to fix it. I highly recommend using Ok Appliance.

I have a 20 year old Viking oven I thought was a goner. I was overjoyed that not only did they fix it, but they also gave me options about what more they could do to keep it lasting for years to come. I called OK Appliance Repair and Zac came out to take a look at our washer. As it turned out, he told us the dripping we were hearing was just our AC dripping into the drip pan(as it should). How embarrassing!! He was so incredibly polite and thoughtful by not charging us the dispatch fee. What a wonderful company and a great guy!

Contacted them and within the hour, a repairman was at my house. This is the second time we have used them. They are always prompt and reasonably priced.
